Strategic Workforce Planner

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Strategic Workforce Planner.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive workforce analysis to identify current and future workforce gaps and challenges within federal agencies
Gather, interpret, and analyze workforce data to inform strategic planning efforts
Develop workforce strategies and action plans that align with federal agency objectives and priorities

Required Qualifications:

Solid experience in workforce planning, with a proven track record of supporting federal government clients
Strong understanding of federal workforce regulations, policies, and practices
Proficiency in data analysis tools and workforce planning software
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
