A company is looking for a Community Guide: Social Services in Remote USA.
Key Responsibilities:

Triaging incoming referrals for members with social needs
Connecting members to community services and local organizations
Completing necessary paperwork for public and community programs

Required Qualifications:

Previous experience in social services strongly preferred
3+ years customer/patient-serving role
Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
Proficient in technology
Organized with high attention to detail
