Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Supervisor for
their Contact Center.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and administrative functions of the Care
Center
Act as a mentor and role model to frontline staff, providing tools
and training to meet service goals
Facilitate communication between frontline staff, other Care Center
functions, and leadership
Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to resolve issues
Experience in a contact center environment or in a lead position
within the department
Bilingual in English/Spanish
Proficient in time management and prioritization
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex
scenarios
