Job Description:
A company is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator Part-Time
(Call Center) to handle a high volume of calls from pet owners,
schedule appointments, and provide information about services.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of incoming calls and inquiries from pet
owners
Schedule grooming, boarding, and daycare appointments
efficiently
Address customer concerns, complaints, or issues promptly and
effectively
Required Qualifications:
Experience handling high call volumes
High school diploma or equivalent
Empathy and patience when dealing with pet owners' concerns and
questions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing
priorities
Strong computer skills and familiarity with scheduling system
software
