Job Description:
A company is looking for a Category Buyer in the US who will be
responsible for procurement activities in assigned Outsourcing
categories to support customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute purchasing strategies for various parts of the company
Collaborate with Category Managers to ensure accurate communication
and alignment with procurement strategies
Evaluate supplier performance and provide input for supplier
scorecards
Required Qualifications:
Associates Degree or equivalent experience preferred
1+ years of purchasing experience preferred
Ariba (or equivalent) procurement experience desired
Organizational skills sufficient to accomplish work by established
deadlines
