Education / Experience Education Degree / Date of Graduation University / School Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field. Equivalent Work Experience Years' Experience Year Skills Last Used Or equivalent work experience. Experience Years' Experience Year Skills Last Used 5+ years as a lead developer. 8+ years of broad experience working with development technologies including Microsoft .NET (C#), ASP.NET/MVC, WCF/WebAPI, SQL Server, JavaScript frameworks (Angular, Durandal, Knockout, etc.), REST, XML, JSON, HTML, and CSS. Experience with Scrum, SAFe, DAD, or other agile approach, highly desired. Experience with SQL Server design and administration, Azure SQL, and Azure development and deployment are highly desired. Job Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs), The submitted candidate must be able to apply common knowledge, skills, and abilities in the following areas: Years' Experience Year Skills Last Used 1. Knowledge of OOP (Object Oriented Programming) concepts 2. Knowledge of design patterns, performance issues and troubleshooting strategies 3. Knowledge of development methodologies including waterfall and agile 4. Skilled in the use of multiple development technologies including Microsoft .NET (C#), ASP.NET/MVC, WCF/WebAPI, SQL Server, JavaScript frameworks (Angular, Durandal, Knockout, and others), REST, XML, JSON, HTML, and CSS 5. Skill in architecting and deploying high volume, high transaction based, distributed and redundant web applications 6. Skill with design and administration of Microsoft SQL and other Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) including Oracle 7. Skilled in verbal and written communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and customer service 8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high volume, deadline-driven environment 9. Ability to balance multiple demands and work both independently and as part of a team 10. Ability to conduct complex systems analysis and translate user requirements into business solutions 11. Ability to integrate research and best practices into problem avoidance and continuous improvement 12. Ability to architect cloud-based applications leveraging PaaS (Platform as a Service) and IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) offerings for leading vendors such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services. 13. Ability to lead technical teams in delivering web technology architecture, design, and implementation 14. Ability to effectively work as part of a distributed development team 15. Ability to display professionalism in dealing with all levels of management and staff 16.
