Salary: $60,000 - $68,000 per year
A bit about us:
The IT Lead Technician is responsible for working closely with all
clients to identify and resolve issues as they arise and to support
their system requirements. The qualified candidate will serve as
the first point of initial contact with the client. This individual
is a member of the Service Delivery team and, as such, is expected
to display technical competency, business acumen, fiscal maturity,
client advocacy at all times, and a high level of commitment to
achieving the goals of the company.
