Job DescriptionMaterial HandlerCairo, GA - Temp to Perm - $11.50 - $12.00 / HourlyA golf cart production company is looking for a material handler to accurately and efficiently provide work and materials to manufacturing employees while maintaining inventory control. You will serve as a good example on the floor and be responsible for safety, cleanliness, efficiencies, and morale within your team. You may also provide training and leadership to all employees. • Utilize a forklift, cherry picker, and electric pallet jacks to pull product
• Return and stock materials to proper locations as needed
• Deliver product as needed to Manufacturing Associates and Operators
• Accurately and efficiently maintain inventory
• Cleans up work area daily
• Use Microsoft Windows AX, and other production software
• Other duties as assigned Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of work in a warehouse
  • 0-3 years of work in manufacturing
  • Ability to operate a forklift, cherry picker, and electric pallet jacks Requirements
    • Be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
    • Have your own transportation
    • Be able to follow directions
    • Have good interpersonal skills
    • Be a team player
    • Have a clean background check
    • Be able to read and understand verbal and written instructions
    • Have a clean drug screen
