Job Description:
Project Architect - Architecture & Design Firm - Hospitality,
Multi-family & Mixed-use
**Work remotely in the state of Florida**

Position Preview: This is an excellent opportunity to be an
integral team member developing architectural and design projects
from concept to completion. You will creatively develop designs,
while successfully directing the technical portions of multiple
high-profile commercial projects simultaneously. Additional
responsibilities include:
Exhibits understanding of the firm's human-centric design
philosophy.
Monitor design process from conception to construction
administration to ensure consistency of design idea.
Creates construction documents, general drafting and detailing,
construction administration and shop drawing review, field surveys,
and field reports
Ensures the quality completion of deliverables on time and on
budget
Manages client relationships in collaboration with Team Leaders
Exhibits strong communication skills in relation to client
interaction.
Tracks key metrics and project data
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
Expertise in hospitality, multi-family, or mixed-use commercial
design projects.
5+ years of technical architectural design experience.
Highly proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Google Workspace, and Adobe
Creative Suite.
Proficiency with ArchiCAD is a plus.
RA, AIA, CID, and LEED a plus; Must be actively working towards
your architectural license.
A holistic understanding of the design process with thorough
knowledge of technical design and construction drawing
documentation.
Experience successfully directing the technical and delivery
portions of multiple high-profile projects simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Superior time management and organizational abilities.
Experience resolving complex technical and design issues.
Ability to prioritize and concurrently service multiple projects
and meet the demanding deadline.
Understanding of how buildings are constructed and the ability to
create technical documents that succinctly, thoroughly, and
accurately describe the work to be done.
