This position can work remotely, however, the individual must be able to travel to our Mooresville, NC office for customer meetings on a monthly basis.**Work Responsibilities:**The Senior Sales Analyst works with external and internal customers to ensure their analytical needs are exceeded. The Senior Sales Analyst is responsible for leading a significant amount of business analysis and reporting related to highly visible strategic initiatives. This is a cross-functional position requiring collaboration with key business constituents to build analyses that improve the profitability of Masco businesses.As the Senior Sales Analyst, you will:+ Assist internal and external customers in an analytical role with account management, including line reviews, sales performance, metrics, promotion, inventory recommendations, etc.+ Work independently or with a cross-functional team to mine, collate, and analyze data in order to drive business decisions+ Be the main point of contact between various departments within our retail and business unit partners+ Build and present in-depth monthly/quarterly business reviews for various partners+ Identify process improvement opportunities to better meet the needs of our customers+ Prepare action-oriented reporting to drive sales to help find opportunities, sales trends, and make recommendations for action based on analysis.+ Provide first-level support to business clients when issues arise.+ Provide coaching and training to other sales analysts on analytic best practices+ Collaborate across retailer and business unit analyst teams to develop comprehensive analyses+ Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve analytic processes, deliverables, and training**Diverse Skills and Experience That You Will Bring to the Role:**+ Bachelors degree with concentration in business related field preferred. Masters degree a plus.+ Experience working in a data or analytics-based role required.
