Job Description:

Kelly is now hiring Shipping and receiving workers for a company in Quincy, FL. With us, it's all about finding the job that's just right.

Pay Rate: $19/hr.
Hours: 7:00 am - 3:30pm (for training)
Schedule: Monday-Friday (some frequent weekends)

Primary Function:
Packaging and loading of various products into railcars and trucks.

Job Description:

• 
  
• stack bags as required in an orderly and efficient manner
  
• operate packer in a safe and efficient manner
  
• perform minor maintenance and lubrication of packaging and loading equipment
  
• confirm loading instructions and bag codes
  
• shovels, sweeps, cleans grounds, loads and unloads trucks and railroad cars
  
• collects samples, marks pallets with lot numbers and transports sample packaged clay to the laboratory
  
• shrink-wrap pallets as required
  
• Work effectively with co-workers, customers and others by sharing ideas in a constructive and positive manner; listening to and objectively considering ideas and suggestions from others; keeping commitments; keeping others informed of work progress, timetables and issues; addressing problems and issues constructively to find mutually acceptable and practical business solutions; addressing others by name, title or other respectful identifier, and; respecting the diversity of our workforce in actions, words and deeds.
