The selected candidate will join a team primarily providing GIS Services to local government clients. This is not a remote position.We are seeking a motivated highly organized individual with excellent communication skills. Use your knowledge of geographic information systems (GIS) technology to:Create, acquire and update GIS dataCreate and update GIS metadata recordsAssist in the design of geodatabase schemasAssist in the design of data development workflowsAssist in the configuration and deploy Esri COTS solutions like Web AppBuilder/Experience Builder/ArcGIS Field MapsAssist in administration of Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Server, and ArcGIS OnlineCreate Python Scripts to enable automation of ArcGIS data production activitiesPerform manual and automated data QA/QCTest application enhancementsDocument procedures and processesSupport the clients with your technical skills to execute their missionProvide support to our clients and team members as well as participate in larger vision discussions providing support in the conception, construction, implementation and testing of GIS databases, applications, and production systemsBe able to support rapid requirement response with prototypes, scripts, etc.Participate in requirements gathering and design meetingsAttend status meetings as required and present to the client on task/work progress

Minimum QualificationsB.S. in Computer Science, GIS, Information Systems or BS with work in related field requiredClient-focused and service-orientedGreat analytical skillsSuperior communicatorSelf-motivatedGreat time management skillsAbility to pass background check for certain projects or contractsPreferred QualificationsScript out workflows using PythonExperience with Microsoft PowerBI, SQL Server, and various dashboarding toolsExperience working with GIS applications, specifically Esri solutions (ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro, Enterprise, and ArcGIS Online ) Experience with MS SQL Server
