Job Description General CharacteristicsResponsible for developing and executing formal test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software applications. Involved in test planning, writing test cases/scripts, test case automation and test execution. Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results and test status. Collects and analyzes data for software process evaluation and improvements, and integrates them into business processes to address the business needs. Documents all problems and assists in their resolution. Delivers quality process training to technical staff and acts as an internal quality consultant to advise or influence business or technical partners. Performs quality audits across the various IT functions to ensure quality standards, procedures and methodologies are being followed.---Experience writing test scripts based on acceptance criteria---Experience with IBM Rational Functional Tester and IBM Performance Tester---Experience testing APIs/web services integration between applications---Experience running test scripts and documenting results, including documenting defects---Experience participating in daily scrum meetings with users and developers to report and suggest resolution to issues discovered during testingExperience---Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, MBA or related field preferred---Knowledge/experience with Florida Safe Families Network (FSFN) preferred---Knowledge/understanding of FSFN technical architecture preferred---Experience using JIRA and Azure Dev Ops preferred---Experience using Rational ClearCase and ClearQuest preferred---Experience operating within an Agile development methodology ---Experience in a technical business systems analyst position with a proven track record to work under pressure and deliver ---Experience with Child Welfare applications and functionality preferred
