This is a critical role contributing to managing growth and retention projections through various forms of data analysis and key performance indicators.A proud member of the Elevance Health family of companies, CarelonRx (formerly IngenioRx) leverages the power of new technologies and a strong, clinical-first lens, to deliver member-centered, lasting pharmacy care.**How you will make an impact:**+ Creates and maintains databases to track business performance.+ Analyzes data and summarizes performance using summary statistical procedures.+ Develops and analyzes business performance reports (sales and account management data) and provides notations of performance deviations and anomalies.+ Creates and publishes periodic reports, makes necessary recommendations, and develops ad hoc reports as needed.+ May require taking business issue and devising best way to develop appropriate diagnostic and/or tracking data that will translate business requirements into usable decision support tools.**Minimum Requirements:**+ Requires a BS/BA degree in related field and a minimum of 2 years related operational and/or data analysis experience, experience in database structures, and standard query and reporting tools; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.+ If this job is assigned to any Government Business Division entity, the applicant and incumbent fall under a 'sensitive' work designation and may be subject to additional requirements beyond those associates outside Government Business Divisions. Associates in these jobs must follow the specific policies, procedures, guidelines, etc. as stated by the Government Business Division in which they are employed.**Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:**+ Experience with Tableau, Einstein, Salesforce, managing and manipulating large data sets, data visualization and storytelling.+ Ability to deliver to a broad group of stakeholders key performance indicators that guide business decisions.+ Ability to think analytically to understand how to gather, interpret and apply findings aimed at growth and retention throughout the sales and renewal lifecycle.+ Preparing and validating data for use in analysis.+ Experience analyzing data and clearly communicate results to stakeholders.+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with a concentration of Excel and PowerPoint.For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $60,640 to $109,152.Locations: National; California; Colorado; Nevada; Washington State; Jersey City, NJ; New York City, NY; Ithaca, NY and Westchester County, NYIn addition to your salary, Elevance Health offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
