Job summary:
This position is responsible for treasury operations and performs
reporting and analysis for the investment/treasury management
functions.
Job Duties:
Models' ethical behavior and executes job responsibilities in
accordance with Citizen's core values, ethics, and information
protection policies.
Prepares various reports and analysis that support treasury and
investment operations.
Performs treasury operations including initiating/releasing wire
transfers and verifying deposits.
Provides assistance in maintaining data and compliance rules in the
investment analytics system and helps to ensure data integrity.
Monitors compliance testing results, as needed.
Serves as a point of contact between Citizen's employees and
commercial banking vendors.
Assists in responding to data/information requests. Serves as
backup for other members of the team as needed. Performs other
tasks as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications Knowledge: Required
Understand basic Accounting/Finance Principles.
Skills & Abilities: Required
Proficient in Excel.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Organized and detail oriented.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Education here:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area of
study.
General understanding of treasury/investment management.
Experience in obtaining data from information systems.
Experience Required:
2 or more years of work experience in treasury, banking, financial
analysis, or related areas.
Education: Required:
High School Diploma - GED Required.
Bachelor's Degree OR 4 years relevant experience, OR a combination
of college education and relevant experience equivalent to 4
years.
What percentage of time is accountable for short-term operational
goals? 20%
What percentage of time is accountable for transactional, day to
day operational support? 80%
