We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst - Intermediate to
support our client based in Tallahassee, FLUS BASED CANDIDATES
ONLY. - -This is a Hybrid position. Position can be remote, but
requires candidate to be onsite for meetings and presentations on
select days throughout the month/year at DCF Headquarters in
Tallahassee*********no third parties and no sponsorship******* -Who

legal, real estate, and startups.The project -The Department of
Children and Families (the "Department" or "DCF") is seeking
qualified candidates that will assist the Office of Information
Technology (OITS) in their daily operations, support, and
enhancement services for the Florida Safe Families Network (FSFN)
application. -
Work with stakeholders and
development team to determine requirements. -Communicate changes,
enhancements, and modifications verbally or through written
documentation. -Be perceptive, creative and a reliable
problem-solver. -Be independently motivated to take end-to-end
ownership of tasks. -Ensure technology solutions align with
business needs and strategic goals. -Research, document, test, and
leverage business solutions -Create deliverables such as activity
diagrams, use cases, user stories, entity-relationship diagrams,
test scripts, etc. -Verify requirements for completeness,
consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to
standards. -Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems utilizing
knowledge of software applications and configuration. -Perform
quality assurance / testing of products and solutions. -Maintain
procedures manuals, topic papers, build notes, and system
documentation. -Develop/program system enhancements.Support User
Acceptance Testing (UAT) -Must demonstrate abilities listed below:

-This opportunity is for a full-time, 6-month -contract position
with possible -extensions and pay commensurate with experience up
to $50/hour or $104,000 -per year. Medical, dental, vision and life
insurance available after 30 days of hire.Qualifications you need
-A successful Quality Assurance Analyst - Intermediate candidate
possesses 3 - 4 years of experience in below mentioned skills- -
Experience writing test scripts based
on acceptance criteria -Experience with IBM Rational Functional
Tester and IBM Performance TesterExperience running test scripts
and documenting results, including documenting defectsExperience
participating in daily scrum meetings with users and developers to
report and suggest resolution to issues discovered during
testingBachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration,
Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or
equivalent work experience. (Required)Knowledge/experience with
Florida Safe Families Network (FSFN)
preferredKnowledge/understanding of FSFN technical architecture
preferredExperience using JIRA and Azure Dev Ops preferred
Experience using Rational ClearCase and ClearQuest
preferredExperience operating within an Agile development
methodology -Experience in a technical business systems analyst
position with a proven track record to work under pressure and
deliver -Experience with Child Welfare applications and
