Job DescriptionManage remedial tracking and resolution efforts for Medicaid -Work with Medicaid business segments to identify risks/issues and develop mitigation plans.-Drive business communications to support a holistic view into internal and external remedial plans-Capture key data across the organization to create a consolidated view into a dynamic remedial landscape -Actively engage key constituents to ensure open lines of communication across the organization -Provide oversight during the remedial lifecycle for Health Plans and Business partners remedial activity. -Deliver guidance on remedial standards and requirements -Reconcile month over month changes in complex data to identify patterns and ensure outliers are addressed within required timeframes-Evaluate trends over time and escalate top issues to support risk mitigation efforts -Provide continuous remedial coaching, direction, and feedback to business partners to support remedial standards -Refine remedial methodology based on key learnings and business needs -Develop executive presentations and deliver updates on remedial progress and setbacks -Ensure timely delivery of remedial landscape for senior leader reporting-Capture and report on key metrics to summarize highlights based on riskRequired Qualifications-Strong ability to effectively manage change and promote acceptance -Demonstrated success in obtaining top management support for improvement programs-Ability to set realistic timetables and keep projects on track-Excellent presentation skills -Highly skilled at obtaining organizational support to achieve goals -Excels in short- and long-range planning-Demonstrated success in overcoming resistance -Polished and persuasive communicator -Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse portfolio of complex issues-Excellent verbal and written communication skillsCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
