Job Title: Applications Development Analyst

Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
--- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, MBA or related field preferred
--- Knowledge/experience with Florida Safe Families Network (FSFN) preferred --- Knowledge/understanding of FSFN technical architecture preferred
--- Experience using JIRA and Azure Dev Ops preferred
--- Experience using Rational ClearCase and ClearQuest preferred
Experience operating within an Agile development methodology
--- Experience in a technical business systems analyst position with a proven track record to work under pressure and deliver
--- Experience with Child Welfare applications and functionality preferred Business Analyst(s):
system designs and communicate effectively with both technical and business team members
--- Ability to express complex technical concepts (APIs, Architecture, System Design) effectively to people of varying disciplines and levels within the organization
--- Proven ability to be motivate and drive cross-functional teams with attention to detail and strong negotiating skills with minimal direction
Application Developer Analyst
--- JAVA development experience
--- SAP Business Objects Enterprise development experience
--- Experience with IBM DB2 databases
--- Experience with Amazon Cloud Web Services
--- Experience contributing to design and story tailoring
--- Experience performing unit and system testing
--- Experience analyzing and troubleshooting issues arising from application development and deployment
