Implementation Conversion Analyst II

Job Description:

An organization is seeking an Implementation Conversion Analyst II.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct data analysis, product mapping, and client interviews to assess data requirements for software utilization
Create data maps and transaction workflow documents for field conversion
Perform tests to ensure customized software meets customer needs and conduct readiness reviews

Required Qualifications:

Conversion experience, preferably in the 401K space
The ability to translate client requirements to technical specifications and explain concepts to customer groups
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field or equivalent experience
Experience with OMNI recordkeeping software and payroll is a plus
