Job Description:
What You'll Do:This position involves performing third party
electrical, mechanical, architectural, structural, plumbing, and
fire safety building inspections.This position will require
primarily field inspections.Your responsibilities also include
performing plan reviews of commercial buildings, performing report
reviews and preparation, preparing budget proposals, and management
of projects related to building system inspections.In this position
you will be expected to lead and mentor junior staff.Additional
responsibilities include marketing our services by maintaining and
developing client interactions, and participating in business
development and marketing functions related to construction
inspections.What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in code compliance
inspection of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems
- Florida Building BN License is preferred
- NCP CCI commercial certification in mechanical, electrical and
plumbing is a plus
- If driving for, or on behalf of, any ECS subsidiary, a valid
