Job Description:
A company is looking for a Health Operations Customer Care
Analyst I who will provide customer service via multiple
communication channels to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to and resolve customer requests effectively through
various communication channels
Work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and accurately
entering data to handle entire requests from start to finish
Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and
external parties
Required Qualifications:
Insurance knowledge experience
Previous customer service experience in a call center
environment
Ability to work remotely with access to high-speed internet
connection
Located in the United States or Puerto Rico
Provide own high-speed internet connection with minimum speed
requirements
