Banking Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst with a banking background.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with stakeholders to negotiate and implement impactful Minimum Viable Product (MVP) solutions
Analyze and document business processes, gather user requirements, and develop test plans
Act as a liaison between end users and various teams, serving as a subject matter expert

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
3-5 years of relevant development or engineering experience
Experience in Salesforce.com business analysis, preferably in the financial services industry
Comprehensive knowledge of financial services segment and terminology
Familiarity with Client, Account, Transaction, and Position data
