Project Business Analyst

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Project Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct project interviews with key stakeholders and build acceptance criteria and backlog for the development team
Translate business needs into detailed business requirements and ensure project progress and quality
Facilitate project meetings, communicate potential impacts to timelines, and actively participate in achieving project goals

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent combination of experience and education
3+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, customer service, quality assurance, or user acceptance testing
Experience in cross-functional projects and agile project management
Experience in the P&C industry, particularly Personal Auto Preferred
Proficiency in using project management software like Asana, Wrike, MS Project, or similar preferred
