Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Bilingual Contact Center Agent position. Type: 40hrs/wk. Contract Start Date: ASAP Location: Tallahassee, FL (Local Candidates Only) Pay: $16.00/hr Length: Twelve (12) months with the possibility of extension Shift: Mon - Fri, 9a - 530p Note: This is an onsite role. No other options available. Responsibilities for this Bilingual Contact Center Agent position include but are not limited to:

  • Interact with customers via telephone to provide information
  • Process transactions and reply to inquiries
  • Use computer system to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot customer issues
  • Record customer interactions
  • Maintain highest level of customer service
  • Refer unresolved issues to leadership Qualifications for this Bilingual Contact Center Agent job:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 6+ months of Customer Service experience
  • Computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
