Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Med Telemetry Neuro RN to join our team! You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients. Shift Details: Days (Rotating Weekends): 7a-7p Nights (Rotating Weekends): 7p-7a Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Medical Surgical RN to join our team. We need a compassionate and reliable RN to provide care and treatment to ill, injured, and recovering adults in our patient centered care model. In this role you will be required to make clinical assessments of situations and manage treatment autonomously. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. Responsibilities: Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health or situation. Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team Analyze the assessment data to determine the diagnosis or issues Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation Act as an advocate for patient safety Ensure effective care and use of time, supplies, and equipment. Educate patients regarding their medications, procedure and treatments, providing patients and their families with support throughout their stay. Qualifications: 1 year of ACUTE CARE RN experience. Current BLS required Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire Associate Degree Required; BSN is preferred Additional Information: Nurse Patient to Ratio: 1:5- 1:6 Sign ON: 10k Days / $15k Nights Relo: Case By Case Shift Differentials: $3 Nights and $2 weekends Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
