Key Responsibilities of an MRI Technologist Perform MRI imaging
procedures following safety and quality protocols Prepare and
position patients for MRI scans , ensuring comfort and safety
Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to support
accurate diagnoses and patient care Maintain accurate patient
records and imaging documentation within hospital systems Follow
radiation safety, infection control, and hospital policy standards
Requirements Valid MRI Technologist certification and Georgia state
licensure (or eligibility to obtain) ARRT (MR) certification
preferred Current BLS certification required Minimum of 1-2 years
of recent MRI technologist experience preferred Strong attention to
detail, communication skills, and ability to work in a team
