Our NICU team focuses on delivering critical care to newborns with various medical conditions, thriving within facilities equipped with advanced medical technology. In this vital role, the RN will work at the forefront of neonatal care, ensuring the health and well-being of the youngest patients. This position requires a highly skilled professional who values patient-centered care and can effectively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for our neonates. Provide direct and individualized nursing care to newborns Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with other healthcare team members Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and quickly detect any changes in symptoms Fulfill all documentation requirements accurately and promptly Educate and support parents and families on newborn care and conditions Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines Proficiency in neonatal resuscitation Expertise in ventilator and incubator management Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license in the state of employment Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification
