**Job Summary**This role works within the IT Asset Management team, as the Sr. Business Analyst you will be responsible for identifying process and system improvements within a culture of continual improvement.This role will suit someone who likes working in a motivated team to solve complex problems for our business and our customers. This is an exciting time for the ITAM team who are investing in continuous improvement to build upon an already industry leading ITAM system to take innovation to the next level. We offer the opportunity to progress and develop a career within the IT Industry while working in a diverse, fun environment containing a range of departments and specialisms.With our organic growth and stability within the EMEA market, we are able to provide a variety of technology products, solutions and services to businesses including Cloud Computing, Data Centre Infrastructure, Networking and Security solutions, Configuration and Integration services, Enterprise Mobility and IT Asset Management.SHI provide innovative solutions and world-class support, as standard, from over 30 offices throughout the U.S., the U.K, Republic of Ireland, Canada, France, Australia, Netherlands, Hong Kong and Singapore.**Responsibilities**_Including but not limited to:_+ Set the standard for Business Analysis within the organisation, championing best practice and contributeto theoverallstrategy+ Identifyprocess improvements across the product development lifecycle+ Work collaboratively within cross-functional teams, buildingstrongrelationships withstakeholders togather, understand and translaterequirementsinto user stories andacceptance criteria+ Understand complex issues,identifyroot causes, analyse options, developrecommendations,and deliver solutions whichmeet business objectives+ Produce high quality process flows+ Present analysis and process reviews to stakeholders and working groups+ Facilitate and manage workshops and meetings with business+ Identifyrisks and track through to resolution,ensuring issues and risks are communicated to stakeholders appropriately+ Support testingand help ensure businessreadinessby supporting withUAT, Training, documentationetc+ Future managementofJunior and Mid-levelBusinessAnalysts**Qualifications**+ 5+years experienceas a Business Analyst in a senior role+ BCSDiplomain Business Analysis+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent**Required Skills**+ Experience managing other Business Analysts+ Experienceand a passionsolvingcomplex problemsand driving business changeAccomplishedin Agile methodologies+ Exceptional communicationand stakeholder management+ Business process analysis skills+ Able to communicatecomplex technical problems,requirementsand solutions to non-technical colleagues in a way they can understand+ An expert at reviewing processes, mapping them,identifyingpainpointsand making recommendations for improvements+ Act as a champion for the role of Business Analysis and help to embed it**Preferred Skills?**+ ?IT Asset Management or industry experience**Certifications Required****Mandatory certifications:**+ Agile Certified+ Completeall LISA Training Modules & pass all Exams**Unique Requirements**+ It is expected that this role will require periodic travel both nationally and internationally (25%).+ Extended hours are required to complete some special projects**Additional Information**+ Business working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 with a 30-minute lunch break.
