Our client, a dynamic and growing organization, is seeking a Director of Procurement to lead and optimize purchasing, scheduling, and planning functions. This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about process improvement, supplier partnerships, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead and enhance procurement, scheduling, and planning operations, leveraging ERP and process innovation. Build and manage strong supplier relationships, including performance evaluation, conflict resolution, and long-term partnership development. Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions. Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and ethical standards. Negotiate contracts and terms to secure favorable pricing and mutually beneficial agreements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced office environment. Hands-on, motivated leader with advanced critical thinking skills. Significant experience in purchasing, including contract negotiation and vendor management. Salary Range: $130,000-$160,000 Benefits: Bonus Offered Health, dental, and vision, life, short/long term disability insurance 401(k) offering Paid time off and holidays (120 hours PTO) Paid sick leave where applicable by state law.
